delivery and shipment

· pre orders will ship within 4-6 weeks after the date of launch.

· you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships.

· we are unable to ship to p.o. boxes.

brooklyn pick up only

· we offer pick up for nyc residents. once the order is received, we will confirm via email WHEN the pick up is ready and the customer will receive pick up information.

· pick up will be in williamsburg, brooklyn.

· please kindly note we do not offer try-ons at our studio. it is strictly pick up only.

· for international orders we ship via dhl express/ups international. you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships.
